KNOWN ISSUES
10.02.2026 – for SolMate 2
We have investigated the issue identified on 14.01. and have developed a fix for it.
The applicability of the fix depends on a various factors – if you think you are affected by this condition, please get in touch with our support (support@eet.energy).
14.01.2026 – for SolMate 2
Under certain conditions at temperatures below 0 °C, SolMate may lose communication with the battery and cannot always reconnect automatically.
In these cases, SolMate is unable to operate.
We are currently investigating the issue.
