Our System Status website serves as a central hub where you can check the real-time status of our SolMate and communication servers, ensuring that you’re always in the loop regarding any potential disruptions or maintenance activities.
KNOWN ISSUES

Due to recent changes in iOS security policies for WiFi hotspots, some iOS devices may have trouble connecting to the SolMate hotspot (named “SolMate [Serial Number]”).
In these cases, the device might incorrectly display the error message “Wrong password”, even if the password was entered correctly.
This issue mainly occurs during the onboarding process, as this is typically the only time the WiFi hotspot is required. After onboarding, all SolMate features remain fully accessible on iOS devices.
We are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can complete the onboarding using either the Android app or a PC at https://mysolmate.eet.energy
