- We are currently investigating a sudden spike in MPPT errors on 03.05.2025, affecting approximately 1.5% of our SolMate devices. Most of these SolMates are located in or around Vienna.
- As a protective measure, the PV inputs on affected devices have been automatically deactivated. Restarting your SolMate resolves the issue and restores normal functionality.
